Consumers in the EU, EEA or UK generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from some digital content and digital service contracts, including the first payment of some subscriptions. The period usually starts when the contract is concluded.
For paid digital content or services, that right can expire earlier where the law allows it, for example after you expressly request or consent to immediate performance or access before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledge that the withdrawal right may be lost, and the provider supplies the required confirmation. If the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation is not collected, mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
